The Highlights

  •   We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date for all of our gift items. 
  • We do not accept returns on custom items or Items made with vintage fabrics
  • We do not provide pre paid shipping labels for returns, the cost of shipping is on the customer. 
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (excluding our new customer discount) are not eligible for returns.

Online return Policy

All sale items, jewelry, underwear and swimwear are final sale; no returns, exchanges or online credit will be given. All international orders are final sale. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Cheea Kids accepts returns for non clothing items all shoe and toy returns must include the original shoe/toy box in its original condition, without postal labels. (Your return will be denied if the shoe/toy box has been used as the shipping box). 

Any packages postmarked after 14 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fee ($5.95) will be deducted from your refund. Packages received after 21 days will NOT be processed. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns must be pre-authorized. You can do this by emailing us at info@cheeakids.com

Once your return arrives back to us, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. If your items pass our quality control inspection, you will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders placed using a coupon code minus our special LAUNCH code (storewide, brand-wide or special collection sales) are final sale and eligible for store credit only and not a refund. Refunds will be processed within five (5) days after we receive the returned merchandise; you will be notified via the email address listed in your account once this transaction has taken place.


When will my items ship? 

 

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of ordering on regular days and 3-5 days within ordering during sales.
Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. We will happily combine shipping for you and refund additional shipping charges if there is a open order. Please email info@cheeakids.com if you wish to do. 

What are the shipping options?

We currently offer flat rate shipping and expedited options. If your order is over $150 it will ship for free.



How do I check the status of my order?

 

You can check the status of the order by clicking on your confirmation email or by logging into your account.
